Feedback you choose to provide
The experience form saves ratings, selected answers, optional name and written feedback, optional discovery source, and any sharing preferences. These are available to Lia through the owner dashboard. A name is optional. Please leave out diagnoses, medicines, treatment details, contact information and information about other people.
Submitting feedback does not publish it. Patient stories require a sharing request and separate authorization. Only the authorized written words and chosen public name are displayed; ratings, the private name and the discovery answer stay private. Call 770-451-7848 to discuss feedback, request removal or withdraw a sharing request.
Basic website measurement
This website counts page loads and clicks on call, directions and Instagram links. It stores daily totals grouped by a broad source label and a broad page group. The counter does not save names, contact information, visitor IDs, full referrer URLs, search queries or the specific care topic viewed. The measurement code does not set a tracking cookie or send events to Google Analytics or Meta.
A source label such as Instagram or Google may come from the referring site or a recognized campaign source. The browser can keep that label in session storage for the current tab. Referrers are often missing, so counts can appear as direct or unknown. Browser settings may block measurement. These counters are not a medical record or a list of individual visitors.
Hosting, sign-in & external links
The website uses Sites hosting and its database and sign-in infrastructure. Owner-only pages require sign-in and authorization. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request data under their own policies; the aggregate-counter description above concerns what this site saves in its measurement table.
